Thank you!!! Yes I have, I spent about an hour down at the local camera shop with a pro and we covered a lot of ground. How to finally get the white balance worked out, spot focusing and so on.
He was a great help.

Also true... they love pilfering office supplies. Sometimes they jump on my desk just long enough to knock all my pens off and then they leave.
