It has been awhile since I’ve posted and I am a bit rusty with identification.

I think this is a New Deluxe?

Looks like the New Improved 1921 combination set on the mr-razor site. So I'd ignorantly guess a new improved.

Looks like the New Improved 1921 combination set on the mr-razor site. So I'd ignorantly guess a new improved.

Except the razor is a flat bottom New Deluxe. I’m beginning to wonder if it is a mismatched set. Unless someone has a picture/advertisement of the set.

The case also has some type of metal scroll application in it
