Razor : Everready streamline, 2nd generation- MFG 1949-53
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE (8)
Soap: Razorock Lavender- just a great soap IMO.
Brush: Yaqi tuxedo knot 24 mm with the black marbel handle.
Pre-shave: Brush wash my face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of clear aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 3.
Post shave: Razorock King Louis Lavender Aftershave with Witch Hazel + Nivea balm'
Results: 8.5 /10 or CCS,DFS,BBS + minor irritation + 1 blemish weeper= another great shave.

Apply soap to face then lather with & slowly adding water. Wow...incredibly thick, creamy, slick and much lather..more than enough for 5-6pass.
Shave with razor paired with blade was very good. Sharpish and smooth all the way. No weepers nor irritation. 3+1pass
Wtg, xtg/atg, atg/xtg and a pickup xtg under jawline. BBS above jawline and DFS under jawline. Shave rating 9/10

What was different about this shave.
It was my first time using the Taylor of Bond Street Cream
It was the first time paring a GSB Blade with the Ikon X3
Instead of following the classic instructions in the shaving Videos. I winged it and shaved different ways designed to avoid nicks.

One other thing, I've noticed that when using a new blade for the first time that the second I put on my face it nicks. This time I rubbed shaving cream on the blade before shaving on my face.

I'm so stoked today for the first time, No Nicks, No Irritation and a very close shave. Hurray!!
