I know the sharpest. At least the board consensus appears to be Feather, sometimes Kai, but I was curious whether members place smoothness over sharpness.
What DE Blade Has Been Your Smoothest Shave?

Of all the samples I tried, by far the smoothest is the one I've stuck with, Astra SP. It was the only blade that hasn't tugged me even once, and I'm nine shaves into a blade which is as smooth as the first. I wasn't getting more than four from others.
Astra for me too, with Polsilver a close second.
For me the smoothest blade that I have used are the Shark SS.
Shark super chrome's are super smooth to me
Gillette Silver Blue...with an ATT razor w/H2 plate.
Gillette Silver Blue with any of my vintage Gillettes.
Vintage English made Gillette Platinum, Schick Plus Platinum, and Eversharp are some of the smoothest shaving blade I own.
As for modern blades, Dark Blue Gillette Platinum, Polsilver SI, and Filo America are very smooth shavers, for me.

Voskhods, followed closely by Astra SP's and then Blue Labs.
Feather is the shapest and SMOOTHEST for me. Followed by Personna Blue and then Perma Sharp.

I am a newbie and have only tried: Derby Extras, Personna Red Israelis, and Gillette Silver Blues.

I love the Shark Super Chromes. They have been the smoothest and longest-lasting blade I have found so far. GSBs run a close second. The funny thing is, I find the Shark SS to be just mediocre.
Astra SP. They don't seem to get rough, just less effective
