Got off early and enjoying a glass of wild turkey 101. Good stuff. How do you decide what to buy when you have enjoyed everything you have tried so far

There are 2 options here. Option 1, is you buy and stock them all. Choose a pour based on your exact craving at the moment. Option 2 is as you approach the end of your current bottle, you check which of your "favorites" are currently on sale and rotate through. Either way, it's great to have choices.

After seeing this, I broke out my bottle of the same for a couple pours tonight. Busting out the big cubes.

Whiskey sour with Buffalo Trace, and maple syrup as a sweetener. No picture because I tried to do artwork with three drops of Angostura bitters atop the foam. Whatta mess! Shoulda stuck with sprayed bitters.

First try at a sorta old fashioned. Tried maple syrup instead of sugar or simple syrup and didn't have an orange to peel lol. Bulleit bourbon was the base. Wasn't half bad. May have to alter the ratio a tad but not bad at all.
