I’ve NEVER seen a “pint” of quality whiskey before, at least not in the Northeast (BTW, “Wild Turkey?…” most underrated whiskey, IMO! ☺)

Platte Valley Corn Whiskey served neat.
Vieux Carre
3/4 oz. each of Armagnac (or Cognac), Dolin’s Red Vermouth, Michter’s Rye (or Bourbon, but Rye provides more structure)
1/8 oz. of Benedictine
A dash or two of bitters (Peychaud’s and Regan’s Orange, but Peychaud’s and Angostura works just as well)
Glasses: Kildare (Waterford)
Stir over ice, pour into highball glasses (I use a large ice sphere in the glass), add a Luxardo cherry, and enjoy.

Bout what I would expect from Bacardi. Smooth up front, bit of a bite on the back end. Not the best, not the worst.
