Paranubes Oaxacan Mexican Rum Aguadiente de Caña, in a daiquiri. 108 proof. Unaged. This rum came highly recommended, but I do not love it. It is smooth and unique, at least to me. To me it has overtones of mezcal. Lots of sugar cane flavor and sweetness. It may grow on me. Something new and different, anyway. Supposedly very authentic stuff.

Yep, good stuff. I only have 1 remaining bottle from 2015, so I’ll have to open some newer bottles soon. Sadly, the secret is out on another affordable daily bourbon
