My lather with this soap is improving.
First time, I started lathering in the container and got a flat, creamy lather.
Last two times I took some soap out with a tea spoon and lathered it in my bowl.
Got more volume doing it that way, and this time I kept swirling and adding water till I got a decent looking lather, much more volume. Not satisfied completely, but I'll get there.
The soap is quite remarkable. True, it can draw some tears, because of the menthol. As such, it glides good and post shave is fine too. What I like best though is that when I take a shower after my shave and rub my scalp gently while under the shower spray, my skin feels ice and ice cold as soon as I take the shower spray away. I enjoy this sensation so much I keep repeating this again and again.
Wonderful soap.
The skin feeling Black Ice produces is less intense after using the Cryogen, but still very nice and tingling. On top of this I usually use either the Cryogen balm, or the Stirling Wintergreen.
I guess I am a real menthol head, folks
