I just got this the other day, but can't find any info on it. What little I did find doesn't have the appropriate logo.

1832-1966. They were makers of all types of cutlery. The New York firm Wester Bros. imported goods manufactured by Wester&Butz. The trademark "Anchor, Star and Arrow" is the original trademark of Wester&Butz.

Just wanted to bump this thread and see if anyone know anything else? Is there any way to tell what year it was made?
That straight razor was made in the 1950's to 1960's. That is certain. As to an exact year? Impossible to tell, they made the same style of razor for decades. It is known as a hollow ground razor also, and it is in good enough condition to shave with if you had it honed properly.
I've had a couple Wester Bros and they make for great shavers.
