What's new

Went to watch the new 007.

Which was a fantastic movie, best one since Golden Eye. But this thread isn't about my favourite fictional character, this thread is about what I did before and after watching the film. I live in central Edmonton, and the theatre I prefer that is close to me is in the West Edmonton Mall, which in winter is about a half hour drive away. I figured if I leave early enough I can smoke some of my favourite blend in my clay pipe on the way there. It worked out perfectly as I was finished my pipe as soon as I parked. It was one of the best drives I had in the city. After the movie I realized I had to do something with my pipe. I didn't want to put it in my pocket for fear of forgetting about it and it breaking nor did I want to just leave it in the cup holder once again for fear of forgetting about it and getting broken. So I did what any rational minded gentleman would do.... I clamped down, breathed in through the stem and out through the nose. It have the air a taste to it, like aged cheddar. This was another of the best drives I've had in the city.

Cheers,

He kept the empty pipe in his mouth on the drive home and enjoyed the flavour it was still giving off....

But this brings up a question... you clench a clay? , is it coated in something or you clench the clay with your teeth?

I finished off the pouch, and didn't think to bring another with me. As for not understanding the story on the whole, I smoked my pipe while driving, was an enjoyable experience. The movie was excellent. The drive home was also good, I clenched the stem between my teeth but my lips did most of the work the teeth were more of an anchor point.

Next time I'll be sure to bring a pouch with me, since after the movie the pipe would have been cool enough to smoke again.

Just careful with that clay... them pipes and teeth do not play well with one another for long term wear on the teeth... and for cracking the stems sending shards a flying... but I'm glad you had a great night!
