Was your very first shave DE/SE/SR

My very first shave was on my 15th birthday on November 28, 1951, with a newly purchased Gillette Super Speed Black Tip DE razor. I believe it primarily was made out of aluminum to conserve steel for the Korean Conflict. I timidly shaved my upper lip only. It was a big deal. Little did I comprehend what was to follow.

My first shave was with Dads Gillette slim when he was not looking as a young boy, So 3yrs ago I got off the cartridge blades and bought a Gillette slim at a garage sale and enjoy shaving more than ever.
Also I started using Schick and GEM razors and enjoy my shave more than any other system at the moment, they had it right 100 yrs back IMO.

My first shave was electric, probably back in the early 70's. My first shave with a blade was with a Parker 90R double edge.
