Ok folks...I'm going to give this razor a few shaves to make sure all is 100%...Then I am going to offer it on the BST with all proceeds going to B&B.

I am asking for some advice: Throw some ball park $$ figures at me as to what a fair value might be....Remember....This is for B&B!!!

Must be worth approx. what a similar modified razor would cost ?

Does that exist ?

Then it is a rare proto type razor and should be valued accordingly.

Well if you're going to sell it to me I think around $5.00 sounds fair Serioulsy though it's a beautiful piece and I'm sure whoever gets it will be pleased.

I was just gonna give my WAG and say $100, but Bob beat me to it! It's a beautiful thing, and who could think of a better cause than B&B? I only wish that some kind of auction could be authorized by the Mods to maximize the proceeds.

Why not a silent auction? That would allow anyone interested in buying it the chance to bid without being made public how much they would be willing to pay. Maybe start the bidding at a low, set price say $20. Accept bids for a week or two via pm. Highest bidder at the close of auction wins!

All great ideas gents....I have a mod looking into a possible auction, but as auctions are strictly verboten on B&B I'm guessing I will just have to set a price. There will be a few more (all unique) available in the near future for one of Mr. Scruffys' fund raising events Please don't ask when....I have no idea! But it's all for a good cause!!!
