Wade & Butcher full hollow ground

Finished up the W&B today. Blade cleaned up real nice with a minimum of effort. Scales are made from the flame maple that was left over when the Luthier repaired my fiddle a couple months back. Too bad the pictures dont show the shimmer and shine when it is rolled back and forth. Not fancy and no real fan fare. To me it is just understated and elegant.I did a brass lined wedge and a CA finish. Will hone it up tonight and give a test drive in the morning.

Sorry yes I brain farted when I wrote the title. Blade says Extra Hollow Ground.n I would say about 1/4 ground as well.

wow Z you did a great job on this one,... your pins are great looking too

and no thumb nicks either,... your skills good sir have grown amazingly

I've got a couple that say "Extra Hollow Ground" that are clearly more like a quarter-hollow, just like that one. I think the standards must have changed over the years.

Beautiful razor!
