Now I know that a fully restored polished razor should go for more than a razor covered in patina but is there a reason some of these razors pull in 200-300$ at expensive side and roughly $50 on the cheap side other than the condition of the blade?

Condition of the blade and scales. A full restoration of these blades can run in the $100's depending on how much work is done, new scales, etc, etc.

Larger blades without damage (hone wear, chips, etc) command a higher price.

Size and pitting /hone wear or lack of. Other adds are For Barbers Use ,Hump back, Hollow ground, and condition and sharpness of ground edges and stampings.
