Vulfix #18

[Curious Shaver]

I have been looking at purchasing this broach for a little while now. I have decided that I am a soap guy, I feel I can get the best shave possible by face lathering with a soap. I intend to purchase MWF, but thats another matter.

Does this brush work well with soaps? Would it work well with MWF? How about its performance?

FWIW, it's my favorite brush. I also use the Omega 31025, which I also like, but the #18 is slightly smaller and I like that better.

I also have used the Vulfix Strand (also a boar like the two mentioned above). That one is a bit too small for me. For me the #18 is just about the perfect size.

It works fine for creams, but I like it best with soaps MWF, Volabra menthol, Palmolive stick being my favorites.

Your experience will be all that matters, but for me, it works great!
