Virginia? North Carolina?

Kind of a shot in the dark, but I thought that a couple years ago a vendor on this forum moved (not sure how far) to a brick and mortar in western Virginia or North Carolina. Plan to travel that area late summer, and would like to know who/where this might be! Hope someone remembers!!

P.S. Do remember that pictures of the new store were involved in the post.

Had I done a search to begin with I would easily have found that I am looking for is the London Bathecary! The ShopLondon site doesn't indicate a store front now, but I have emailed them to ask. Sorry if I sent someone looking on a goose chase!

London's is alive and well and has two brick and mortar stores.

They only stock a few wet shaving items in the stores BUT they will transfer anything over from their local warehouse to the store if you give them a day's notice. Anything you see online they can have in the store for you to look at if you give them 24 hours notice (I would suggest a couple of days to be on the safe side)

You may need to phone the Williamsburg store as their warehouse is in Gordonsville VA (next to Charlottesville) so they may only send delivers to Williamsburg once or twice a week instead of every day.

I believe that there are phone # for both stores on the wiki page and a general number on their web site

Might be a good idea to phone ahead if you are looking for anything special or to ask what they have in the store.

They are pretty decent folks.

Their stores are in Charlottesville and Williamsburg Virginia. None in NC I am afraid. Come on up to VA to do your shopping

When I was in a conference in Williamsburg, I looked for the location there but could not find it. Then on the last day as we were leaving, we drove by it. I was pretty pissed at myself as it was right next to the hotel we were staying at and I never had the chance to go. But I'm only 45 minutes to an hour away living in Richmond so all will be okay once I get back out there.

The one on the Mall did. Barracks Road is still open as I recall.
