... this one ain't bad.

The Rat Patrol, The Rifleman, The Six Million Dollar Man. The latter had its typical moments of 70s geekdom but there were some really good plotlines. Bigfoot mania was at its peak in the 70s and they worked it into an epsode or three where we discover that the enormous biped is really an alien race's robot. Great stuff. BTW, you can catch three episodes weekly on Wednesday evenings if you have the Cozi channel. In Kansas City it is channel 42-2.

Cheers, Todd

bigfoot--one of andre the giant's finest (3) hours. I recently found the scene on youtube in which steve austin meets bigfoot for the first time. my kids loved it.

Me TV and Antenna TV are two broadcast channels available in this area that specialize in these classics. I've watched the following shows:

Batman
Lost in Space
Perry Mason
The Twilight Zone
The Outer Limits
Sea Hunt
Highway Patrol
Thriller
Make Room for Daddy
Leave it to Beaver
Dennis the Menace
Dragnet
Ironside
Petticoat Junction
F Troop
Green Acres
The Brady Bunch
The Monkees
McCale's Navy
Sgt. Bilko
Kojak
Mission Impossible

Probably others I forgot. I'll watch them whenever I get the chance. These classics trump anything offered from any of the major networks today.

I've a massive DVD collection of old TV series from the 50's, 60's, 70's and a few from the 80's.
When I retire, whenever I feel like watching a little boob tube, I'm going to watch all of them and not watch a single new show!

Lost In Space!!!!!! How did I forget that. How I loved that show when I was growing up. It's a shame it's so expensive for the box-set.

I basically do that now. I have a TV, but no aerial for reception. Everything I watch is via the DVD player. I do watch box sets of some new shows, though.
