Vintage Scent: Landers Toilet Water

Okay, I came across a scent today called Landers (or maybe Lander) Toilet Water. It was a full bottle in what looked like a "bass" or violin shaped bottle. It smelled good, and seemed to be a nice scent. Has anyone ever heard of it or seen such a bottle?

Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone for a pic and have found no photo or listing for it online. Any thoughts or experiences with it?

In the 40's through early 70's landers was a rock bottom price cosmetics firm...the first deodorant I ever bought was landers lilac...a cylinder of deodorant dumped into a thick glass "spice" jar with a metal screw cap...they had EVERYTHING,and were big in woolworths,newberrys and other five and dime stores..they made lots of products for the african american shoppers also....the quality was ok,the price was great...they had bay rum,aftershaves,colognes,pomades,talcs,..yes....they had their own lilac veg too !!....didn't have too much dough in high scool and jr high,landers let me give the girls a little treat that left us a little change for chinese food...that was a sure winner combo in the early 60's !! I really miss that landers magic...

Thanks malocchio. I may pick it up since it isn't that expensive and has a cool looking bottle. I'll post a pic--let me know if you recognize it!
