Yesterday, I ordered a Norton 4000/8000, some strop paste, and some aftershave from Jim at Vintage Blades. After finishing the transaction, I logged off and went about my day. After running through the order in my mind, I realized I forgot to order a lapping stone. I logged back on and placed another order, but this time there was a shipping charge because the stone was only 27.49. Oh well, this was my mistake, so I placed the order and that's that. Today, I checked my Email and Jim had refunded the shipping cost on the second order. Needless to say, he did not have to do this as it was my mistake. It is one thing to offer quality products at a good price, but if this is any indication of how he treats his customers, I will definitely be shopping there again and again.
