Ok, I'm probably going about this the wrong way, but here we go. I'm a sailor and spend most of my free time sailing and out with friends for over nights and of course I take a shave in the mornings to stay smooth. Anyway Veleiro is Portuguese for sailboat and the bottle is handsome and they also make a shaving cream. My question is has anyone tried this stuff? All I find about it says that it has a 'marine' scent to it. Now since there are numerous 'marine' scents out there from rotting fish to coconut oil that's quite an ambiguous statement. I think I'd like to try it and if no one has I'll probably buy some to try. Thanks guys!

I'd say give it a go. If you don't like it you can put it up in the never-ending PIF. Bay Rum might be a good option for a marine type scent. I have heard good things about Captain's Choice Bay Rum.
