does anyone use this paper to store your razors? it's not that expensive per sheet if you don't mind having to buy in bulk, but i see a lot of it the Japanese razors pics.

Probably not. I think most people coat their blades in mineral oil or tuff glide or just try to keep them dry to avoid rust. This VCI paper looks more suited to long term storage, rather than day-to-day storage.
I use camelia and just ordered some tuf glide to try it out
