I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, as there are no threads on the main board for pre-shaves. I have a jar of proraso white pre-shave and tried a sample of proraso green pre-shave. The proraso green pre-shave was so strong scented it overpowered everything. I like the menthol feel and wanted to know of an unscented menthol version of pre-shave. Edwin jagger has an unscented version, which I tried, but I still smelt the menthol. Any suggestions?

Try Noxema cream as a preshave, no scent just menthol

The proraso green pretty much smells like straight menthol to me. It is a great product. Not sure you will find a mentholated pre-shave that smells significantly different from proraso green pre-shave.

It's the menthol scent I was trying to get rid of.
That's what happened to the edwin jagger unscented version. It smelt like menthol.
You can't get rid of the menthol scent and still have menthol in the product, sorry.
