Unknown Japanese Razor

Hi Gents,

need some help in identifying this Razor. I bought this mysterious razor on eb..y from a seller in Japan. On the Frontside of the tang you can read: Best Tungsten Steel, KOSA, Tokyo YAMATO. The Backside shows an Arrow with a Capital M and the inscribtion BEST YAMATO.

I am trying to find any additional information about. Anyone who can help out?
