Anyone else have a "lazy" door on their superspeed that closes much slower than the other one? Is this normal or does it mean the razor is no good anymore?

It means the razor has been damaged --probably dropped. Somehow, the end of the razor under the end cap has been bent inward. If the lazy door can be closed up, then you're ok. If not, you can try to even up the end connection to the top doors. The amount of bend needed to produce a lazy door is very small, and it is very difficult to fix.
