Recently purchased a Type E and have been amazed at how well it shaves. I started with a Supply Injector, Parker Adjustable, my grandfathers Golden 500. For me the type E is perfect. Can you help me identify which type of E I have? I want to try other versions but I am having trouble telling the difference. I’ve read through previous threads but I need help from the experts!

I’ll add I also have a Type F I purchased a couple years back but never used until recently. It shaves great with a cool story as well.

No horizontal grooves so I guess we can rule out E3.

I’ll be on the lookout for an E1. Sounds like it will be a long wait. I have an E3 on the way. @Whiterook what is your desert island injector from your collection?
E1 or early E2 with the opening spring. I'm already on an island, so we just have to get all these people to leave.
Late to the party and no expert. I'd call it Schick Type E 5th variant, and E2.
