TSA travel question Proraso Pre/Post

For the purposes of the 3-1-1 rule, would Proraso Pre/Post be considered a liquid in a carry-on? I usually check, but will be carrying on tomorrow. What do you think?

No idea but I'd bet it's up to the individual TSA drone.
I put some in a tiny little travel container for cosmetics I got at Container Store. I just didn't want the weight of the glass jar, but it happens to be good for avoiding security hassles.

The ban covers liquids and "gels", so I would say it probably would be considered prohibited. It does depend though. After the ban, I flew from IAD to JFK with a full size bottle of body wash and shampoo in my carry on. I didn't even realize it until I got back home.

Bonjour

Proraso Pre/Post is ok for TSA, in your carry on luggage. It is a cream, so you'll have to show it, in a plastic translucid bag, to the security guys. The jar is just 100 ml, which is the limit. I'm used to crossing the atlantic, from Canada to Europe ; I allways carry it with me. Never a problem.

It would be a liquid, probably, but the 3-1-1 rule really maxes out at "3.4oz (100ml)", which is exactly the size of the pre/post jar. Just put it in your quart-sized bag and you should be fine.
