Trying to hate me Merkur Progress

I recently picked up a few new DE's and the cold hard truth is I probably have to many DE's! A couple of my new ones are the Merkur 39C and a Gillette Slim and Fatboy (as well as a blue and red tip that I haven't even used yet).
Tonight I had a shave with my long handled Progress which I could logically see cutting it from my herd (since I also have a Futur, Sledgehammer, & a 12C) and the shave (again I was in a rush) was sensational! I did a two pass shave with a little touch up under and around the chin using MWF, an Astra blade and I loved it!
I guess I just have to face the facts that I will have to love ALL of my razors! (but I need to make more time for my straights)

The Progress is my favorite of my modern razors. It's so comfortable to use and it makes my Fatboy feel jealous. On long trips, this is my razor of choice.

I have a Mergress, it remains to be one of my favorite DE's to use! I used it this morning.

I agree it gave me a great shave tonight, but I recently had a heavenly experience with a Slim set on 5 for 3 passes and another really good Fatboy shave!
i guess in summary is they are all great razors with a little different flair one way or another!
to make a long story short.......I'm keeping them all!
