Hilarious! I work in a factory and we have several engineers and this sums up my thoughts and feelings on their contributions to our productivity, no offense meant to you in any way, I'm sure you are a competent engineer and very good at your job

That was quite fantastic.
At a place I used to work at one of the higher ups would occasionally send out pics of disasters (major & minor) at power plants & as all to comment on 'what happened & why?'. Some interesting stuff, to say the least.

As a technician, when I read the thread title I cringed a bit and thought "what am I going to have to correct now?" 
That shoe bike was pretty good.
The lack of sliding door on that building leading out to the balcony @ :45 was a screw up. Imagine the foreman coming back the next morning to check on his guys work.
