Has anyone tried to travel with a Schick injector razor (as cary-on)? I am wondering if you have the same problems getting one through as a DE. Thanks.

Short answer, no I haven't, even though these are my favorites.
Although these aren't specifically addressed by TSA rules, you can eject the blade from one without the injector key if you know how, and you can certainly eject loose blades from an injector magazine. Want to bet that the TSA wouldn't stop that, if they noticed? So if I traveled with one, I'd have to remove the blade first and mail one of the magazines ahead, just as with a DE. Otherwise, you're just gambling on getting away with something. Not worth it.
personally, i think the airlines have it backwards.
Checked bags should be free, and people should be charged for carry-ons larger than a laptop.
