I bought a deluxe trac II back in the 70's. I can't remember the date, but it has been my razor of choice since then. The difference between a regular or normal trac II is the leather case the razor comes in plus a blade cartridge that fits in the case with about 10 blades. I've never found a blade cartridge that fits the opening in the case so if you get one, hang on to the original blade cartridge and just refill it. As far as availability, they are not easily found but can be. While there are numurous Gillette trac II razors and several knock off brands, they do not come in the leather case. I hope this helps.
