Heh. Just yesterday I thought, "My blood toast level is down. Better fix that."

Four slices of homemade sourdough bread, cultured butter anna cuppa coffee.

Heaven.

This getting me hungry for toast, which I will make immediately after typing this out. I like to take a loaf of country white or wheat and slice the thickness myself. Toast, real butter and any variety Stonewall Kitchen jams or jellies. Also I'm kind of a lightly toasted warm bread kind of guy.

Always a favorite, fast and easy to do, in fact I think I'll do one this morning.

I like a good rye also, no seeds, with butter. On my grocery list for today a uncut loaf of rye and Irish butter, oh and the stuff to make home made picco to top off the breakfast burrito
