I picked up a Torrey razor on eBay & being kinda new to this, I thought it had an unusual logo. Perhaps this is one of the later models?

I've seen that variation of the logo on many razors, it's all good. Beautiful razor BTW.
Very nice razor! I actually also won a Torrey on ebay just yesterday. Its seems to have quite a bit of hone wear but I figure it'll still cleanup nicely.
Not sure about the logo on mine, but yours seems to be more recent, or at least in very very good shape.

Looks like a beautiful razor. I purchased a Torrey from a fellow member because my family is from Worcester and some actually worked at Torrey years ago. It's shave ready and sits in my den staring at me. I'm afraid to use it for two reasons. 1) I have unsteady hands and 2) I know that rabbit hole will cost me dearly

That's a good reason to purchase one. I'm sure family liked the idea...especially those that worked there.
The razor's in wonderful condition as is the box. The instructions that came with it look older than the case & box!
I checked to see how bad it needed sharpening when it arrived & I was surprised that it popped hairs!
I really like Torrey razors, & this one's a keeper. I have two more, but they're gonna have to go. Decided to move up from 4/8 & 5/8.
