Yeesh! Everything you listed has latakia. At least try a 50gm tin of Orlik Golden Sliced, it might change your life.

You won't be sorry, it's the choice of shrewd judges.
I'm only a few months in, so take my recommendation with that in mind.. My first couple of orders included FM, FM Cellar and Dunhill Early Morning Pipe. I've enjoyed all three of those a lot, for sure. A few other things that I've enjoyed a least as much or more are Davidoff Flake Medallions, McClelland Blackwoods Flake and Rattray's Marlin Flake.. I just realized I'm currently smoking mostly Flake.

You dont need anything else! Some great choices there.
I've found Escudo to be very nice the few times I've smoked it so far.
+1 Viginia-Perique blends don't get any better. It does seem to be a blend that guys work their way up to, however. By that I mean it's a fairly full and rich blend with both strong and complex flavours that some new pipe smokers aren't "ready for" without some introductory experiences with lighter/simpler Virginia and Virginia-Perique blends. Don't get me wrong, though, it is not a nicotine-potent blend (although it vertainly doesn't disappoint in that departmenmt, either). I thik Jason's Orlik Golden Sliced suggestion is a great one.

I view enabling as a somewhat selfish act. If I were to be honest about it, I'm mostly hoping to see some acquisition pics out of the deal. I don't care if they're tins of tobacco I've bought or seen a hundred times, as long as it's not a stock photo, I love seeing a shots of the haul... TAD-PVD (Tobacco Acquisition Disorder-Picture Viewing Disorder)???
I feel the same. I much prefer the Acquisition thread here and in the Nib over the "what are you waiting to be delivered" thread in general shaving. I want to see pics of the booty.

That happens a lot. Thanks to someone who wishes to remain nameless, I knew that SL was a winner for me. I ordered 3 lbs of it while I could. I just popped the lid on some that had been cellared for a year. It is even better, and will be my first bowl in the Tinsky.
