Timeless Ti Crown handle with Yates 921 plates?

I´m looking into upgrading my shaving kit (had an Edwin Jagger for years, the head broke after I dropped it in the sink), and seem to have settled on a Ti Yates 921 until I saw the Timeless Crown handle, and now I would like to match them.

From what I´ve been able to gather, the Yates head has an 10-32 thread vs a M5 on the Timeless, which might fit, and there might be a problem with the width of the handle top. Is there a community opinion on this? Thanks!

Timeless crown handle will not fit the Yates 921. Not a thread issue. The neck of the handle that screws onto the post is too wide to fit in the Yates baseplate slot

There is a hole in the baseplate around the threads where the handle screws in, this requires a rather narrow end of the handle. The Ti Crown is flaring. The Blackbird plates have the same/similar design, so you can check which handle people managed to get in there to find a handle that is likely also fitting your Yates 921. There are some threads about it.

Regarding: 10/32 vs M5. The fit isn't perfect, but it close enough to work.
