Tibet Cream

Hi guys,

Hope somebody can help i have seen a few vids with tibet cream in i have been looking on the net is the cold cream the same as the snow cream ?

There is this Tibet snow cream that's been made in Pakistan since forever now. I remember seeing its ads on TV when very young and even now they offer a whole line of skin care products. Haven't ever tried it but its popular here.
