Thuja Wood Shaving Bowl

I've been looking for this Thuja wood shaving bowl in the pictures below. I'm not sure where to purchase, I know that the shaving bowl was made for Floris/Joris but I found the same bowl at Carter and Bond. I found one on BST about 9 months ago but was a little late in the game. Anyone know where I can purchase one of these in the US or Canada?
