I literally just now finished watching Thermae Romae. Try to imagine an architect from Ancient Rome who, every time he immerses himself in a body of water, travels in time to and from modern day Japan. It's a very amusing albeit very weird movie, but then again, the Japanese are just weird people overall so I've come to expect that. I give it 8/10.
The last 2 I watched where The untouchables and American gangster. Gangs of New York is on tv tonight so I think I'm going to watch that for the first time.
The Blues Brothers. I hadn't watched this one in about ten years. Still a really great film, although I suspect anyone younger than Generation X would not appreciate it. Skip the cable tv edited version and catch the film as it originally aired - a surprising amount of foul language for a film released in 1980. More than I remembered.
