What's new

The end is near

For my arlington soap, for mankind thats another story. I've loved this D.R. Harris arlington, it lathers well and has a great floral scent. I'm almost to the bottom of this beechwood bowl and I'm wondering what my next soap will be. I current have the D.R. Harris almond which I also enjoy but I'm between the windsor and the marlborough. Any suggestions outside of this brand?

If you are near a shop that sells Crabtree & Evelyn go take a sniff of Nomad. Scent wise it is a nice one. Decent performance too.

Tabac is a must have in everyone's shave den (if you have it disregard, if you don't that is your next soap)

There is actually a Crabtree & Evelyn store not to far from me, I've been staying away in fear of the AD but I'll give it a shot. Thank you

Nomad and Senna are both tops for me in that line (as far as scent goes).

The cost of the refill pucks is so low you can just grab one of each and still have enough change left to get a good lunch :001_smile

To be honest, I haven't tried the Marlborough, but I have the Windsor and I love it. I prefer it over the Arlington. If you decide to try Tabac, get a sample from Garry's first, as the scent is somewhat of a love it or hate it kind of smell. It's definitely stronger than Arlington. You can also sample Windsor and Marlborough from Garry's.
