Just wanted to send a thank you to Ducati Scotty. I won his PIF of AOS Sandalwood Pre-Shave Oil. It arrived today and this evening I used it and had a great shave. It provided a nice slick base and,to keep with the theme, I used a nice lather of Proraso sandalwood from the tube. Had a great 3 pass shave with the Merkur 38. It was certainly a DFS - bordering on BBS which is saying something because I had a Walmart Wilkie in the Merkur and this was its second shave.
For me the oil is a great product and I am sorry it didn't work out for Scott but I will certainly be ordering it when I run out. I really appreciate the generosity of this community.
