This concerns all brass Techs pre-1962 (?)…before the embossed Zamak caps.
So ball end handles and fat handles were available at the same time and presumably the vendor would place an order for whatever model he preferred.
Is it the same situation true with the etched top caps? Or was it that once Gillette introduced the etching, ALL top caps came etched?
