Talc or not to talc

I am intrigued by the talc powder challenge. I have to wear a tie for my job so my neck often rubs agains the collar. Does talc help at all to reduce any irritation?

Yes it would very much so. And don't worry about the cancer scare people like throwing around. That's unfounded except in two studies, one done on rats in a lab where they were constantly exposed to talcum powder in the air for moths at a time, and the other was women using talcum powder and developing gynecological cancer. So, are you a woman using talcum in your underwear? Do you breathe talcum 24/7? No? Try it! :)

Definitely talc! Clubman shave talc for once your aftershave dries and regular Clubman talc for everywhere else. Gold Bond spray works well too.

I wear a tie every day for work, and I think it definitely helps........plus it just feels and smells nice!

Clubman talc lasts for ages!i used to use a sock, now i use a tiny bit in my hands and rub them together, works just as well :)

I use it on hot humid days. It works well anywhere that you might suffer from irritation, and it keeps thing's nice and dry. Clubman Fine Talc is what I use.

I definitely vote talc. I have to wear a tie and the talc definitely helps with neck irritation.

Shake in palm and apply with fingers.

Went out and bought some Club. I do like it. I can see why it will help reduce the irritation around my neck and tie. Now to keep working on not looking like a ghost around my neck...lol. I'll work on that.

Forgot to add. After applying with fingers, lightly brush excess off with hand towel.

I put a little bit of Clubman Talc in my shoes every day before I leave the house and shake them around a bit to spread it across the soles. It's a good idea, especially if you spend a lot of time in the heat or working on your feet.
