I was updating the spreadsheet of shaving supplies, which isnt a big deal I do it about every two weeks, when I noticed that I had added quite a few lines since I started it in February.
Shortly after I believed that I had achieved equilibrium; I flunked out of the Sabbatical to buy some rose scented cream and soap. Then a rosegold Muhle and since I was out of austerity mode; the floodgates opened with a couple of Nancy Boys, some Arlington soap and C&S No. 88 pucks.
Then the brush thing kicked in; Thater, BG LE Vie-Long, FSturnback traveler, and four vintage brushes off eBay that are in the process of being restored. I have a shopping cart at QED with a 3722, a 3226 and a 3824 in it waiting for final decision as to which one to purchase. AND I have the shavemac expert page bookmarked, because I am trying to decide if I really *need* a D01 Two Band in tortoise
I got a coworker on vacation in Paris right now that I provided a map, showing the stores that sold MdC and how far they were from his hotel and sights he was visiting. My order was a jar and a travel jar, he is a recent convert to the cult of DE, so I know that he will make good.
So, two more brushes and some MdC .that is all I need. Then I promise to use down my inventory and finish one product before I buy something else. Like those Aqua di Parma or Santa Maria Novella creams ..
