Tabac's New Scent: Tabac Silver

I was on Basenotes earlier today, and there saw an article about the makers of Tabac launching a new scent - Tabac Silver. It's available as an AS, EdC, and also (I think) and EdT. Unfortunately, I didn't see any description or component note breakdown. I have not heard anything about this before, either here or anywhere else.

Has anyone here got any information on it or has anyone had the proverbial "first sniff"??

EDIT: I went back to the Basenotes site, and am pasting the description here. Also, the correct name is "Tabac Man Silver".

"Maurer & Wirtz have introduced Tabac Man Silver with the slogan ‘The Return of Men’. The fragrance has top notes of ginger, pepper, cardamom and grapefruit, and middle notes of galbanum, cedarwood, ambroxan and elemi. The base is a blend of patchouli, vetiver, sandalwood and musk." "The range includes eau de toilette, after shave, shower gel, deodorant stick and deodorant spray."

The company say:

A new era has commenced in which men are finally allowed to be men again. Sophisticated and striking - with corners, edges and 3 day stubble.

Today's man is in touch with his basic instincts once more. He conducts his life authentically, resolutely and forcefully. He competently overcomes all the daily obstacles that are placed in his way. Honesty and integrity are his new, cultivated elegance. This new man needs a fragrance that compliments him: Tabac Man Silver.

The range includes eau de toilette, after shave, shower gel, deodorant stick and deodorant spray.

BTW, what's up with that ad copy?! Coming from Maurer & Wirtz, creators of Tabac, that seems WAY too trendy for my tastes...

Well, the ad copy IS too trendy but if it FINALLY signals a move away from these godawful ocean/water/shampoo/clean scented wannabe colognes and edts then I am all for it.

Regards, Todd

Most scents today are far too generic and vague if you ask me. Once I started wet shaving, my idea of a good scent changed completely.
