T&H Grafton ASB Alternative?

I tried some of the Grafton balm from a T&H sampler over the weekend and both I and SWMBO loved the scent! Problem: I am very unlikely to spring for the $45 price for the balm or the $75 price for the splash. Do any of you know of a similar-smelling AS that is a bit more economical?

I love the scent too but would be skinned alive for dropping that kind of dough on an aftershave. Unfortunately, I haven't really encountered anything similar, though I haven't had the chance to sample other foreign "drugstore" aftershaves either. There might be something out there.

(ps, I'd rather get the Grafton EDT and just use Nivea for a balm if I needed it...)

It's still pretty pricey, even with the 20% discount. I was hoping for something similar from TOBS or the like.

Edit: Just to clarify, even though the thread title mentions the ASB specifically, I'm looking for either an ASB or splash with a similar scent

The TOBS Mr. Taylor balm (like the shaving cream) smells similar to T&H Grafton. Quite close, actually. But the Mr. Taylor splash has a totally different scent.
