Stuck atomizer - solutions?

One of the decants I have - a 10ml decant in the pretty standard bottle most vendors use - has a stuck atomizer. I press it once, and sometimes it releases some juice, sometimes it doesn't. But it always seems to get stuck. Twisting the part of the atomizer that you press down on can release it (eventually.)

Any ideas outside of trying to procure a new atomizer?

ANy idea I could come up with would be surely very complicated, therefore I'll restrain myself from thinking as usual.

Maybe unscrew the atomizer and leave it in some rubbing alcohol for a few minutes. Whatever is making it stick may come off.
