I don't know what it is, but as to value my rule of thumb is that if it is a good shaving razor, it is always worth $10. That looks like it will be a good shaver.

I'll probably try this razor out next weekend and i'll post an update as to how well it handled.
It looks like one of those from Bulgaria on the Bay razors.
Almost any de that shaves well is worth a tenner.....
I never seen one....but it does have the look of a Common Bar Handle but with grooves and indented separated joints.

The OC looks okay to me. Nothing warped or teeth missing. It should hold a blade with the best of them and shave okay as well.
not for $10 from Bulgaria, more like $85 lololol
