Star Super Six

One of my more masochistic tendencies is to look at the completed listings on ebay to see what I've missed out on. The other day, I came across one of the most striking SE razors I've ever seen. It's a Star Super Six, patented in 1915. This thing is absolutely stunning. I especially like the gracefully curved three-prong clusters that comprise the comb. Even the purple velvet-lined case drips with luxury. A bit of rudimentary googling has yielded precious little information beyond what's described in the listing, so I was wondering whether you gents could provide some background. Has anyone had the pleasure of shaving with this beauty?

Yeah, I came across that thread when I was looking for more information on this model, but I found it all a bit confusing. As far as I can tell, it seems to be the only mention of the Super Six on B&B. It sounds as though the Improved Stoll is a rebranded manifestation of the same design (and also manufactured by Kampfe Bros), but I'm equally unfamiliar with that razor. Are Stolls pretty rare, as well?
