SR3824 - Silvertip or Super?

I'm a little confused as to the grade of hair in Savile Row 3824 brushes. I've seen a few pics where the handle says Super Badger and a few where it says Finest Silvertip Badger. Do both varieties exist, or is this just a labeling phenomenon?

QED modified the loft height and the brush labeling for Savile Row line within the last year. I'm not 100% sure all of the brushes received a shorter loft, but the newer generation of 3824 has a 6mm short loft and improved (IMHO) lettering, which also removed "Finest" from the top of the line brushes.

No matter the label, the numbers don't lie. The Savile Row brushes use the following numbering scheme: XYZZ, where:

X = hair grade (3 = Silvertip, 2 = Best, 1= Pure)
Y = handle style
ZZ = knot size (18mm - 32mm)

So, if you purchase a 3824 you are getting the top of the line, Silvertip, hair with a 24mm knot and an "8" handle style. FWIW, the Savile Row Silvertip hair is awesome.
