Spartan Razor

I love the artwork on this razor head. Is this just a re-branded Edwin Jagger DE89? Anyone shave with this bad boy or own it? Do you feel like King Leonidas upon using this razor ready to rush headlong onto the urban battlefield?

Appears to be a twice the price version of an EJ or Muhle with a tacky logo on the top plate.

I'd pass if it was me.

Like everyone else said, save your money and get the Edwin Jagger or Muhle razor instead.

Yes, it's just a DE89 with a larger price point. However Bluebeards/Dreadnought do make great cream and balm.

I do have to agree that the decal looks cool but its not worth the price difference.

Maybe one day when I have money to throw around I'll build my epic Spartan Frankenrazor. and then after I shave with it I can hit my chest and yell "This is Sparta!!"

Personally I would rather have the Blue Beard version with the skull and cross bones logo, but since they dont sell that one in the US I'm guessing it would be closer to $85-95 with shipping for a $ 28 dollar razor. So doubt that will be happening anytime soon.

I've often considered the BR version, but the logo is something I'm never going to look at. My money would be better spent on a DE89 or a Muhle R89 with 100 blades for an extra £10. The cost would be the same for me.
