Sour/Tart Cherry Puree?

I'm brewing a sour stout (think The Bruery's Tart of Darkness) and I'm planning on adding cherries later on. The brewer who created the recipe suggested I use tart/sour cherry puree. Anybody know where to find it? I see a lot of sweet cherries, and it isn't too hard to find dried tart cherries, but the only place I've seen tart or sour cherry puree does so by the ton. That's probably a little too much.

I haven't used it myself but i've heard good things about the puree from Oregon Fruit Company. I used fresh bing cherries this summer in a supplication clone i have going. Probably different than Supplication (i hear vinnie from russian river uses dry tart cherries) but i wanted to use what was fresh in season since the timing worked out.
I love Tart of Darkness and will probably try a sour stout myself one of these days.

I'm also thinking about using dried cherries instead. We'll see. Once I get the stout into primary, I'll have a long time to think about it. Have you tried the Supplication yet? I'm thinking about making a Consecration too. If I get them going soon, I'll have some nice beer round about the spring of 2015.

I tried a sample when I added the cherries a month or so ago, it's coming along nicely. I brewed it in January so it still has a ways to go. I figure I'll try it after the first I the year and add Pinot soaked oak spirels if it tastes good and let it sit a little longer.
If you go the dry cherry route be sure to find them without oil. Most of them have oil added to keep them from sticking together, and you certainly don't want that in your beer.
